Advice your client to remove make up and contact lenses before their appointment and to avoid using moisturiser the day of the treatment.


Fill out client consultation card detailing name, address, DOB, telephone number, doctor’s details, contra-indications, previous treatments. Always obtain client’s signature and date

Discuss and make note of patch test results

Discuss expectations, requirements, and the procedure with the client

For a normal application you should be aiming to use approximately 25-35 lash extensions per eye.

Recommended treatment times

Full set – up to 2 hours 

Maintenance – 30-60 minutes

If the client requires a more dramatic look, then you can use anything up to 70 lash extensions per eye. The client should be made aware that the treatment will take substantially longer if this is the case.
