FOOT MASSAGE

  1. Apply sufficient cream to your hands and warm up. Apply this to your client’s foot and leg up to the knee area.
  2. Effleurage from foot to knee 6 times.
  3. Petrissage the front of the leg.
  4. Petrissage the calf.
  5. Thumb knead around the ankle bone.
  6. Thumb Knead the Achilles Tendon.
  7. Thumb Knead the top of the foot.
  8. Thumb Knead the underneath of the foot and toes.
  9. Deep stroking of the foot.
  10. Rotate foot clockwise and anti-clockwise 3 times each way.
  11. Stretch and flex the foot 3 times each way.
  12. Whipping of the toes.
  13. Toe snatching.
  14. Effleurage to the leg and foot 6 times.
